Privacy
Short version: nothing about your clients or their play leaves your device.
Games
- Games run entirely in your browser. They collect no names, ages, answers, or results.
- They use no cookies, local storage, analytics, or network requests. Results are erased when the page closes.
- Printed worksheets are generated on your device and sent to your printer only.
- For offline use, your browser may keep a copy of the website's own files (pages, styles, games). This copy contains no personal information.
Website
- No cookies and no analytics on the public site.
- Launch email list: if you sign up on the launch page, your email address is sent through a Google Form and stored there (Google provides the form, under Google's privacy terms). I use it only to email you about the launch. No spam: it's never sold, and never shared with anyone beyond Google as the form provider. You can unsubscribe at any time, or email [email protected] to be removed.
- Four on/off preferences stay in your browser only and are never sent anywhere. None holds personal information:
- Calm (less motion) is on: chosen with the Calm toggle at the bottom of any page (kept until you turn it off or clear this site's data). Games opened from the site start in Calm through their link; the games themselves still store nothing.
- The beta welcome was already shown this visit (tester site only; cleared when you close the tab).
- "Don't show again" for the beta welcome (tester site only; kept until you clear this site's data).
- The worksheet helper is hidden (cleared when you close the tab).
- If visit counts are added later, they'll be privacy-friendly, cookie-less, aggregate counts on website pages only, never inside games.
Clinician accounts (members)
Memberships and accounts aren't available yet, so I collect nothing for them today. When they launch, I'll collect only your name, email, and billing details (billing handled by a payment provider; I won't store card numbers), used only to provide the service, send account emails, and comply with law. Never sold. This page will be updated before then.
Children
The website and accounts are intended for clinicians and adults. Children may play games with a clinician or caregiver, but games collect no personal information from anyone.
Health information
I do not receive client health information. If you write client details on a printed worksheet, that paper is part of your records and is governed by your own policies (e.g., HIPAA).
Your rights and contact
I don't collect personal information from children or teens: the games ask for no names. Games don't save anything. When accounts launch, account holders (adults) will be able to see, correct, or delete their account information at any time. Contact: see Contact & feedback.
